About this role
Join our high-performing project finance team working on some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure and energy transactions. You will work closely with our Partners Amy Maguire and Andrew Maynes who specialise in complex financing transactions, including project finance, structured finance and acquisition and leveraged finance. Amy and Andrew advise lenders, borrowers and sponsors across major infrastructure, CORE plus infrastructure, corporate and acquisition transactions, PPPs, holdco financings, energy transition and social housing. This role offers strong hands-on experience, direct client exposure and the opportunity to deepen your technical capability in project and structured finance.…
