About this role

We are currently seeking a motivated Solicitor/Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Banking & Finance team. The focus of this role will be on securitisation and structured finance transactions. Our Work Our Banking and Finance team act on a wide range of high-profile banking and finance transactions, working with prominent domestic and international banks, global investment banks, major corporations, project sponsors, mezzanine financiers, and private equity firms. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including major banks (both for their treasury and origination teams) and non-bank originators.
