About the role As a Continuous Improvement Engineer , you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing operations by leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost while creating more efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to make a measurable impact.
