Data Quality and Technology Manager

The Data Quality and Technology Manager (DQTM) will provide technical leadership for the design, deployment, management, and quality assurance of digital data systems supporting the ITN campaign. The position will lead the integration of data quality assurance, ICT4D, electronic data collection, real-time monitoring, dashboard development, and geospatial analysis to ensure timely, accurate, complete, and actionable campaign data. The DQTM will oversee digital systems supporting microplanning, household registration, ITN distribution, logistics, in-process monitoring, independent 5% verification, and post-campaign assessment, ensuring that systems are fit for purpose, user-friendly, secure, and aligned with MSH, NMEP, SMEP, and donor requirements.…
