About this role

This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first members of a new ‘Customer Experience Specialist' role we’re making. We’re offering a new type of experience for our patients and you’ll play an exciting role in helping us build our patient experience tools and processes from scratch. You'll be a key hire that is crucial to the success of MANUAL and the Patient Experience Team over the coming months and beyond. Your goal is to create an experience so good our patients have to tell their friends about us. You'll be the first person our patients speak to and you'll advocate their voice throughout the company.
