JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Contributes and assists with efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center infrastructure. Develops, monitors, and maintains services to identify and eliminate service disruptions. Works effectively in team environments to solve production incidents when low levels of automation are present. Leads complex troubleshooting and resolves critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected infrastructure. Provides logging reports for performance, troubleshooting and capacity planning. Participates in the development of processes and documentation for new areas of work or knowledge.…
