About this role

The Director, Canadian Reinsurance Operations is accountable for the management of Reinsurance Operations strategy, development and execution of plan s to meet the business needs for the increasing growth of reinsurance arrangements. These strategies will enhance process engineering and operational efficiency in order to manage risk and increase the organization’s effectiveness and ensure consistent high quality service delivery, while also delivering increased insight into all aspects of our reinsurance portfolio.
