About this role

We're looking for a Manager, Information Risk Management – DR CoE to join the Disaster Recovery Center of Excellence (DR CoE) within Global Information Risk Management (GIRM). This role leads the day-to-day execution of Level 2 Independent Oversight over DR Plans, E2E tests, Attestations, and Unannounced Data Center Tabletop Exercises, ensuring consistent application of the Manulife’s Disaster Recovery Standard and the IRM L2 DR Oversight & Challenge Methodology across all segments. You will manage a team of Senior IRM Specialists, perform quality review of oversight outputs and challenge statements, and partner closely with the DR Practice Area and Segment IROs to drive consistency, transparency, and effectiveness in DR oversight and remediation.…
