Reporting into the AVP Operational Resilience, The Senior Manager, Operational Resilience is responsible for the success of strategic outcomes through the direct oversight, leadership and delivery of multi-year strategic programs aligned with segment goals. The role partners across business lines, geographies, and value streams to ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes. The Senior Manager, Operational Resilience is a key contributing member of the global Operational Risk & Resilience Management (ORRM) 2nd line of defense team and will be responsible to: Maintain and evolve Manulife’s Business Continuity Risk Standard, KRIs and controls.…
