About this role
This role leads training program development using an agile training methodology, including research, development, delivery, and evaluation at each stage. The Senior Training Specialist collaborates and coordinates with business managers to ensure training program resources, including subject matter experts, are appropriately allocated. The role also evaluates and utilizes industry training trends to design and develop innovative training courses and materials designed for new and existing Financial Sales Associates that meet the strategic objectives of the business unit.
