The Terminations Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and management of client, division, and benefit terminations. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments to ensure systems are cleared before finalizing terminations, handling escalations, and preparing monthly reports. The analyst works closely with the Accounts Receivables team and reports to the Manager of Group Benefits Accounts Receivable and Terminations. Position Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely and accurate coding, including the roll-forward of balances.
