We are working with a prestigious Independent school in Oxford seeking a proactive Estates Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP, responsible for a historic and technology-rich campus. The Role Facilities Oversight: Manage the maintenance, security, and groundskeeping of a large estate with total precision. Contractor Liaison: Oversee external vendors and capital building projects to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Health & Safety: Act as the school’s Lead for all site compliance, including fire safety and risk assessments.
