About this role

The Application Development Manager will lead the design, delivery, and quality of our custom software applications. This role owns the application development lifecycle, engineering standards, and cross-functional delivery across product and business teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set technical direction and delivery strategy, but you're also comfortable diving into architecture, code review, and hands-on problem-solving when needed. The base salary range for this role is $120,000– $160,000 salary. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
