Recognize all the regular guests and warm welcome guests back to the restaurant. Be responsible for checking in guests with club access. Follow Forbes sequence of service to ensure we are meeting expectations. Manage reservations, phone calls, emails and guest requests. Personalize each guest’s experience by using the guests’ names where known. Acknowledge each special occasion where known.
