JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for coordinating projects and providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. The role partners closely with Marketing management, Creative Services, Legal, Risk Management, and other internal stakeholders to support campaign implementation and ensure alignment with brand standards. The role oversees the end-of-the-end event development process, including planning and creation, vendor coordination, data management, and invitation execution. It communicates with existing and prospective owners to schedule attendance, provide event details, and support their overall experience.
