This role will be based in Mexico City, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Data Center Operations will play a crucial role in monitoring network incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication within the network infrastructure. We will count on you to: Monitor, workaround and troubleshoot network, security and Infrastructure incidents and alerts, ensuring timely response and resolution Perform troubleshooting for network issues and escalate to specialized teams when necessary.
