Job Description: The Provider Recruitment Specialist supports the strategic execution of provider relations initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and academic pipeline development. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations and Strategy, this role serves as a key liaison between provider candidates, clinical departments, medical staff, leadership, academic partners, and external organizations.
