Job Summary: Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), the OB Surgical Technologist is responsible for preparing the Delivery and Operating Rooms with necessary equipment, aiding nursing staff, performing patient care activities as delegated by a RN, and maintaining patient care supplies. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Collaborates with the care team in the formation of the patient’s plan of care to achieve desired outcomes for the patient based on physician preference cards, current assessment findings, diagnostic reports, and standards of care/practice.
