About this role

Our subsidiary, Adree, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead performance testing initiatives across enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on experience in performance engineering, workload modeling, and test automation to deliver high-performing and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the performance test strategy, roadmap, standards, templates, entry/exit criteria, and performance quality gates. Analyze business volumes, usage patterns, architecture, service-level objectives, and nonfunctional requirements to create realistic workload models. Plan and execute load, stress, endurance/soak, scalability, capacity, spike, and volume tests for web, mobile back ends, APIs, integrations, and digital services.…
