About this role

Master Works is seeking a Service & Business Transformation, Senior Consultant to lead business process improvement, service transformation, and business innovation activities. Act as the primary expert responsible for operating the Business Development function within Digital Enablement. Reporting Line : Operates within the Digital Enablement Department under the direction of the Department Director. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, document, redesign and optimize business processes (BPI/BPR). • Transform business ideas into digitally executable operating models. • Develop Business Cases and Business Models for new initiatives. • Identify monetization and public-private partnership opportunities. • Lead service concept design and high-level service architecture.…
