About this role

Matar Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for Saudi Aramco and other Oil & Gas projects within our fabrication facility. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience procuring materials and services for the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Structural Steel, Process Equipment, HVAC and Piping Systems in accordance with Saudi Aramco and international standards. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for the complete procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, expediting, vendor evaluation, logistics coordination, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials required for production and project execution.…
