Job Responsibilities and Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *other duties as assigned* The Learning Consultant will be accountable for leading and facilitating the successful completion of learning and development for new hires, existing team members, and other organizational stakeholders. Primary support will be presenting, creating, and implementing new hire training, job enrichment training and targeted refresher training.
