About this role

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Condition Assessment Inspector to manage the development of USPS facilities' deferred maintenance backlog of the Capital, Repair and Alterations projects. This role involves conducting detailed building inspections, estimating repair costs, and ensuring the accuracy of facility condition data. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region. This position requires up to 75% travel to different US Postal Service Facilities located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Missouri.
