About this role
Join the Reward & Benefits team as a Benefits Coordinator in this newly created position. You’ll join a small team of Reward professionals and support the day to day running of the function. It’s a fantastic opportunity to ensure our people feel in control of their benefits and build your experience in Reward. Salary : Circa £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience Duration: Fixed-Term contract for 18 months Dynamic (hybrid) working : 1 day per week on site in Stevenage Security Clearance : Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.…
