About this role
MBDA are looking for a capable Software Engineering Technical Team Lead to lead a mid-sized (8 currently) development team working on our new missile-system middleware solution. Salary : Circa £55,000 - £67,000 depending on experience Hybrid working pattern: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. In this role 3- 4 days per week in the office as a minimum is required due to the secure classification of the work requiring regular secure network access.
