Annual salary: up to £37,000.00 Plasterer Location: Birmingham Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £37,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: We're looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our Birmingham Voids team, helping to bring empty social housing properties back up to a high standard before new tenants move in. This is a hands-on role focused on carrying out a range of plastering repairs and refurbishment works within vacant properties. From patch repairs and full room re-skims to making good following electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works, you'll play an important role in ensuring homes are safe, presentable and ready for occupation.…
