Annual salary: up to £38,703.26 Multi-skilled Operative Location: Ilford Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £38,703.26 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card & OOH rota 1- 5 weeks 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Ilford you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including painting, plastering, brickwork, carpentry, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in tenanted properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.
