Referral Bonus Structure:
Reminder: All bonuses are paid out after the referral completes their first 90 days.
Physicians (Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating): $3,500 (Limited Time Only!)
Providers (Primary Care, Subspecialty): $2,500
Care Coordinators (Brooklyn & Florida Hubs): $1,000
Medical Assistants and Techs: $1,000
Office Staff: $500
