POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Support Specialist (“CSS”) role is designed to provide both onsite/in-person clinical facilitation and remote administrative duties. In person, a CSS works with a clinician to facilitate care visits for patients. Remotely, a CSS works on administrative duties that include, but are not limited to, chart preparation and Behavioral Health Integration.
*Please note - This role requires flexibility and may require up to 5 days per week onsite or a mix of remote and onsite, varying week to week, depending on team and business priorities.*
