About this role
Job Description Responsibilities: Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls. Perform technical repairs and facility support tasks including, but not limited to, electrical components, back-up power systems, HVAC systems, plumbing and domestic water systems, fire protections, security systems and kitchen equipment, maintaining detailed operation logs. Develop, maintain and operate building automation systems (BAS) including lighting and HVAC and preventive maintenance (PM) programs and work ticket systems. Maintain accurate record of all proper preventative maintenance and operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other critical facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.…
