REQ12464 Supervisor, Show Support (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the high level of service and support to the Artistic Direction and Technical Direction by Show Support department. Participate in training efforts of colleagues and Head of the Departments (HODs), and help set and enforce service standards. The scope requires to perform routine quality assurance evaluations, communication with service providers and internal business units. To analyse and evaluate risks associated from the operation and to develop independent business continuity plan.
