Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Associate Director, FP&A Lead - BANK Cluster (Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo) to lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the BANK cluster and provide strong business partnering support with an enterprise mindset. In this role, you will help shape financial decision-making, support the achievement of operational and financial goals, and contribute to the broader success of the Human Health organization. You will report to the MEDEBA Executive Finance Director and serve as a key member of the Human Health country leadership team.
