Job Description The Associate Director, Chronic Care Regional Trainer supports and facilitates field-based learning for Chronic Care Customer Team Representatives within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Chronic Care Sales Leadership, Learning & Development (L&D), and cross-functional stakeholders to execute regional training aligned with national strategy.
