Job Description Job Duties Triages patients either in person or on telephone. Schedules appointments, answers questions and/or determines the need for provider intervention. Supports the practice and acts as a liaison between the providers and patients. Manages phone calls to patients regarding test/lab results and provides appropriate instruction for treatment, as directed by the providers.
