Job Title Director, Financial Reporting Job Description About The Position | Major goals and objectives and location requirements: The Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing the Company’s external reporting function. This position will lead the team and work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare the Company’s SEC filings on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
