At MeridianLink, our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) play a critical role in driving growth by helping financial institutions discover smarter ways to serve their customers. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines connecting with prospective customers, uncovering real business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities for our sales team. The Business Development Representative will secure leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and passing them to inside and/or outside sales teams.
