About this role
Role Mission
As the first operational hire for our Hong Kong entity, you will own the end-to-end employee experience and office infrastructure. This is a high-autonomy role requiring a "Full-Stack" mindset: you will manage the critical details of local compliance, benefits, and insurance while ensuring our office environment supports a high-performance technical team.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
Employee Lifecycle: Design and execute a high-touch onboarding experience. You ensure the administrative journey is frictionless and professional from Day 1 to offboarding.
Immigration & Visa Strategy: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of employment visas (including TTPS, GEP, and IANG).…
