About this role
Das erwartet dich: Du berätst das Management sowie unsere Fachbereiche in rechtlichen Fragestellungen – insbesondere im Vertragsrecht, bei nationalen und internationalen Vertragsverhandlungen, im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, im Bereich Intellectual Property, Datenschutz, Compliance sowie bei gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Streitigkeiten. Du erstellst, prüfst und verhandelst Verträge wie Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen (NDAs), Letters of Intent, Kooperations-, Partner- und Rahmenverträge – auch in direkter Abstimmung mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern. Du entwickelst bestehende Vertragsvorlagen weiter und erstellst neue rechtliche Templates und Standards.…
