Position Summary: Performs more complex set-up, operation, and minor maintenance of furnace, torch, and/or induction brazing equipment used to join sheet metal and fabricated components. Has attained full proficiency in brazing operations within the facility's NADCAP-accredited brazing process. Position Responsibilities: Perform machine set-up/changeover on furnace, torch, and/or induction brazing equipment to produce the required product or components by making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications Perform first time set-up of equipment for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/software adjustments, including furnace temperature profiles, atmosphere, and cycle times Operate brazing equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals.…
