Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören im Einzelnen: Eigenverantwortliche kaufmännische Verwaltung der zugewiesenen Objekte inklusive der Prüfung und Durchsetzung von Mieterhöhungen Wahrnehmung von Terminen zu Übergaben und –abnahmen sowie Begleitung der Begehungen etc.…
