About this role

Buscamos un/a Revenue Finance Specialist con un perfil híbrido entre Finanzas y Business Intelligence, capaz de combinar una visión estratégica del negocio con un fuerte conocimiento analítico y técnico. Serás responsable de optimizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad de las residencias de estudiantes, garantizando al mismo tiempo la integridad del proceso Order to Cash, la calidad de la facturación y el análisis integral del revenue. Tu misión será transformar los datos en información de valor para impulsar la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua de los procesos financieros y comerciales. Principales responsabilidades Monitorizar KPIs: ocupación, ADR, RevPAR, ingresos y rentabilidad. Optimizar el proceso Order to Cash (O2C): de la reserva a la facturación y el cobro.…
