Das ist die Aufgabe: Als HR Business Partner bist Du strategischer Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte und begleitest sie bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie mit Blick auf People, Kultur und Organisation . Dabei übersetzt Du geschäftliche Herausforderungen in wirksame People- und Organisationsmaßnahmen.
