Job Description Summary ‎ The Clinical Excellence Trainer is responsible for on-the-job coaching, focusing on teaching specific areas of knowledge to be clinical, clerical, and provider positions in medical practice to drive medical margin, including healthcare systems (e.g. EHR, telehealth, pre-registration, etc.) and best organizational practices. The Trainer will analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes and will implement changes to improve provider experience on Mosaic's platforms.…
