Job Description Summary • Effectively check in and prepare patient for office visit/examination/procedures. • Correctly obtain vital signs, perform in office procedures/treatments (EKG, spirometry, peak flow, bone density, nebulizer treatments), and relay laboratory test results of any laboratory testing done in office. • Correctly obtain patient histories (Medical, Surgical, Social, etc.). • Record medication and allergies of individual patients. • Assist Physician/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with examinations or in office procedures. • Correctly prepare and administer immunizations and injections ordered by Physician/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. • Appropriately monitor patients after injections/vaccinations.…
