About this role

We are looking for a pragmatic Engineering Manager who can quickly integrate with the team, provide leadership and delivery oversight, support engineers and technical leads, and help drive the International roadmap. Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate with strong engineering leadership credentials. This role comes with 3 days per week on site in Central London. Requirements Key Requirements Proven experience leading software engineering teams within large scale digital or e commerce environments.
