About this role
The Senior Digital Resilience / Business Continuity Practitioner will help strengthen Mintel’s digital business continuity and resilience capability across priority systems and client-facing services. This is an individual contributor role, the postholder will not be managing a team, but they will need to influence decisions, work with autonomy, and help drive action through credibility, structure, and practical judgement.
This is not a traditional paperwork-led business continuity role. Documentation matters, but the role is more than maintaining templates. We need someone who can help us understand whether priority digital services can credibly continue or recover, what evidence supports that position, where the gaps are, and what practical action or risk decisions are needed.…
