A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Customer Service Representative at MKS Instruments, you will partner with customer support in providing excellent communication to our external customers. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Customer Relations. You Will Make an Impact By: Assist customers by performing the functions necessary to create and process RMAs, Sales Orders and Quotes. Engage with customers in a friendly tone and work to resolve any concerns, questions. Be self-starters who function well with minimal oversight.
