About this role

Job Purpose As the Senior Specialist IT Support, you will report to the Manager IT Systems & Infrastructure and play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services across the region, combining hands-on technical expertise with responsibility for local IT operations. You will also be working closely with the global IT team, you will support, maintain, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user computing environments while ensuring that US operations remain aligned with MoonLake’s standards. In the early stages of our IT department’s growth, be prepared to wear multiple hats and assist with various IT-related tasks and challenges as needed.…
