Key Responsibilities: Workday Functional Leadership Serve as the hands-on functional lead for the Workday platform across key modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Time & Absence, Reporting, Learning, Help, Peakon and Payroll. P erform hands-on configuration, testing and troubleshooting across these modules. Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, functionality and best practices. Ensure Workday capabilities align with organisational HR processes and strategic priorities. Platform Design and Configuration Oversight Lead functional design decisions for Workday implementations and enhancements and build the resulting configuration.
