Our diverse classes, including ROW, RIDE, and REFORM, are designed to help clients maximize their performance and achieve their fitness goals. THE ROLE STRONG CLASSES: Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set schedule Give clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, and ensure clients are using correct form at all times Know client’s injuries before class so that you can modify where need be Inspire and promote an energetic environment Balance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day…
